Biography

Daniel Wright was born in 1741 in Scotland, Ireland or England. He married Jane Grant in about 1769, possibly in Ireland and emigrated to Ontario Canada circa 1775 (his son William was born in Adolphustown in 1776). He is listed as a Scottish immigrant to Canada in a Canadian genealogical book.
