Biography

Paul was born in October, 1884[1], the son of Oric Allen Wright and Lillian Saxon.

In 1900 he is living with his parents Oric & Lillie in Elk Rapids, Antrim, Michigan[2]. In 1910, he is living with his mother, Lillie, a widow in Elk Rapids, Antrim, Michigan. He is single and a chemist.[3]. In 1920 he is living in Saratoga Springs, Saratoga, NY with wife Edna and daughters Phyllis, Dorothy, and Elizabeth[4]. By 1930 the family had filled out with the addition of another daughter, Janet, and sons Paul and Kenneth; still living in Saratoga Springs, Saratoga, NY[5]. Finally, in 1940, the family is still in Saratoga Springs. Education seems to be important to them. Paul H., Phyllis, Dorothy and Elizabeth are all college graduates, Janet and Paul D. (recorded as Douglas P.) are high school students and Kenneth is attending grade school. Edna completed 3 years of high school[6].

Paul H. attended the University of Michigan

Paul's Draft Registration Card was signed 12 September, 1918. It lists his age as 33, birth date as 25 October 1884, address 561 47th St. Brooklyn, NY and employer E. R. Squibb & Sons. He is a chemist[7]. Paul Wright ... He passed away in 1964. [8]
