Judith Wroth was the daughter of Thomas Wroth, Knt.,[1] and Mary Rich.[2][3][4] Judith's date and place of birth are unknown and are estimated.
Marriage and Children
Judith married Robert Burgoyne, Esq., of Wroxall, Warwickshire, son of Robert Burgoyne by Elizabeth Mundon,[1] before 5 October 1573[2] They had the following children, of whom Richardson names only Roger:
Roger, Esq., married Mary Wendy and had issue,[1] married second to Joyce Giffard (no issue)[2]

There was a note on Elizabeth's profile to say that she had been removed as a daughter of Robert and Judith, based on Richardson only including one son as a child of Robert and Judith. There is evidence both from the Visitations of Bedfordshire and from Robert's will which name several further sons and daughters, and specifically in this case Elizabeth and her husband Edmund Temple.

This is a good reminder that Richardson does not claim to be comprehensive in his lists of children.
