Funeral services for Mrs. Sarah Yancey, 94, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in Northside Baptist Church with Rev. W. Howard Moore, pastor, officiating.
Burial will be in Rosemont Cemetery under the direction of Owens-Brumley Funeral Home. Born Aug. 13, 1868 in Corsicana, Mrs. Yancey died Wednesday in a Wichita Falls hospital. She lived at 2921 Moffett. Survivors include four sons, John Yancey, Portland, Oregon; Herman Yancey, Kansas City, MO; Jack Yancey, Lawton, OK; and Ernest Yancey, Wichita Falls; two daughters, Mrs Cole Tidwell and Mrs. Art Crews, both of Wichita Falls; 13 grandchildren; 67 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
