Biography

When Lydia Rebecca Young was born on October 8, 1875, in Lambeth, Surrey, England, her father, George, was 38, and her mother, Rebecca, was 27. She married Thomas (Tom) Jones on April 15, 1900. They had five children in 11 years: Child: Violet Alice Jones, Lena Jones, Elizabeth Ivy (Betty) Jones, Ena Rebecca Jones and Thomas Leslie (Tom) Jones.

She died in June 1960 at the age of 84.
