A Matthew Young (born 4 Feb 1806) was christened on 3 Feb 1808 at Prescot St Mary's, the son of William Young (officer of excise of Prescot) and Mary, his late wife. Probably he doesn't belong to this family, with his father's occupation and abode, and the church where he was christened, being different than all the other children's christening records; however if he doesn't, it doesn't look like his parents' marriage is listed on Lancashire OPC website (it may not have occurred in Lancashire of course).
