Born John was born in 1800. He was the son of George Zimmer and Margarethe Saddlemire.

Baptism: 1800, b. Nov 21, Johannis parents George Zimmer and Margaretha Sattelmaier. Wit: Johannis Sattelmaier and Ursula Leib. High and Low Dutch Reformed Congregation at Schoharie, New York.[1]

Died He passed away in 1871.

Buried He is buried in the Settle Cemetery, East Newark, Tioga County, New York, USA.

Married about Eva (Leib) Zimmer (1802-bef.1870) daughter of George Frederich Leib and Angeline Truax.

Children No children found but 1865 census states that Eva was the mother of two children.
