Biography
- Sarah was born on 3 March 1841, in Perth, Western Australia.[1]
- She married John Henry Markham Page on 30 November 1867, in York.[2]

Mrs. Sarah Page, widow, of Quindanning, was found burnt to death in her home at about 5 p.m. on Thursday, October 2. The deceased lady had lived alone for many years, and was 89 years of age. It is supposed that she had gone to light a fire in the morning as usual, and the flames had evidently reached her. She was found in a most ghastly condition, the clothes being burnt off the body, only tiny fragments hanging here and there, and the body was in a terribly burnt state. The remains were lying on the floor by her bed, as though she had tried to reach it and had been overcome in her last efforts. Mrs. Page was the oldest resident then residing in Quindanning.[3]
