P.S. To find reliable sources for your profiles, go to the Family Tree & Tools tab; select Genealogy Research and scroll down near the bottom of that list and select Research with RootsSearch. There are over 20 websites to access from there.
At wiki tree I find a lot of information to complete my family tree. In my "Gedcom" there are more than 1500 people. It is a lot of work to move (insert) all of these to the site. I have a program on the desktop (My Family Tree). I work with that. I find the page to compare very useful. At the moment I still like the possibility to use the existing "Gedcom" and insert a new one. (Used google translate for this translation) Greetings Klaas.

One of our mentors created a tutorial for the GEDCOMpare process that others found very helpful. I hope that you will too. For those using Chrome or Opera browsers, there is a tool that can help with the formatting of profiles that have been created through GEDCOM, so that you can concentrate on the research. You can read more about it in the WikiTree AGC FAQ.
I am here to answer any question you have, no matter how trivial you may think it is. There is no such thing as a silly question. Please add as much information as you can, it all helps to turn a “name” back into a person. I hope you enjoy the site as much as I do.
