P.S. To find reliable sources for your profiles, go to the Family Tree & Tools tab; select Genealogy Research and scroll down near the bottom of that list and select Research with RootsSearch. There are over 20 websites to access from there.
Thanks for signing the Honor Code. You are now set to go to begin adding your ancestors. I hope you enjoy adding your ancestors as much as I have enjoyed this website when I added mine.
I hear from Chris Temple-Watts that you have done research quite a long number of years and you really enjoy finding and adding reliable sources and cross referencing, which is a plus for working on pre-1700 profiles.
After you add some of your family, to work on the pre-1700's you will need to self certify for the Pre-1700 quiz.
Pre 1700 Profiles Here. Then begin on the pre-1700 profiles.. This is a list of projects to work with: https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:Projects
After this is a Pre-1500 certification. https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:Pre-1500_Profiles
Since the profiles Chris mentioned are Pre-1700 and Pre-1500, to avoid duplicates, as you work along, check at the top of each wikiTree page to see if the profile has already been created.
Welcome to WikiTree, Penny, and thank you for upgrading!

I hope you enjoy WikiTree as much as I have. You never know when you will find a lost family member or ancestor. Or maybe find a hidden family secret about an ancestor.
