I just removed a connection for Sarah Warren and suggested a merge with a profile in a Sarah Warren in a different family based on the death date and location. (The family you attached her to was in Watertown, not Boston or Hingham).
Looking at some of the profiles you're creating through your gedcom, I'm not seeing reliable sources as required for pre-1700 profiles. And for example, I see that you created a profile for Nathaniel Warren (1670-1723) and attached him to parents. But the father's profile which is sourced, doesn't mention a son Nathaniel. I took a quick look at his father's will and didn't see a Nathaniel there either.
Gedcom imports seem convenient, but they don't work really well with the requirement to communicate first and provide reliable sources for pre-1700 profiles. You might want to consider working directly with adding/improving existing profiles manually so you can communicate with profile managers and add your sources as you go.
You have created what appear to be numerous pre-1700 profiles in the Warren family, none of which I saw reliable sources on. Please make sure you add reliable sources in line with the Pre-1700 Certification requirements. Also, you should verify that the profiles you want to add do not already have WT profiles before you add them. You should expect to see several merge requests in your email; please approve them promptly.
If you have any questions, please reply.
Congratulations on certifying to work on pre-1700 profiles! It’s very important to read and understand the Pre-1700 Profiles page. These profiles for deep ancestors are shared by many, and collaborating on them works best if we all follow the guidelines in the certification quiz.
Primary sources should always be added to pre-1700 profiles at the time they are created. If you don't have a source for a pre-1700 profile, it would be best to ask for help in the G2G forum before creating the profile.

Can i merge my ancestry tree with this site?
You can move your tree in a GEDCOM. I have no experience with GEDCOMs, but here is the link to the GEDCOM help page. https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Category:GEDCOM_Help
If you can't find the answers you are looking for there, the G2G forum is a great place to ask for help or advice.
I hope this helps!
