Spouse is Alfa Eldorado Ayers Stowe 1865-1928

Child is Retha Maybelle Stowe Ragsdale  1889-1970

I have all that information, Frank. I am just wondering why William nor Alpha seem to show up in only one census? No one knows much about them. My grandmother passed before I could meet her, so I can't ask her any questions about them.

Family Search has him as the son of [[Hall-54814|Hannah Hall]] and [[Stow-1482|John Stow]], but no evidence is provided. maybe it’s a place to start, though.
