Finding a relationship error (half siblings)

I have a great-grandfather in my profile whose children are showing up with "[half]" attached to the names, when they are in fact full siblings with the same mother and father.

I assume "[half]" means half-brother or half-sister? If so, I have looked at the tree and it looks OK. I cannot find where anything has gone wrong. However, when I look at the relationships in the vertical tree, it looks like the g-grandfather could be duplicated (if I understand this presentation correctly). My g-grandfather (Stokely- shows up with my grandfather alone as a child, then another instance of that g-grandfather shows up with my great-uncles and aunts.

How do I troubleshoot this issue, and does "[half]" indeed indicate a half-sibling relationship? I'm stumped!

For a start - https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Beck-13101 has no father, only the mother.  Check each "half" sibling to make sure they (a) have both parents and that (b) both parents have the same WT-ID#.

There are duplicate profiles of Jehu Stokely (Stokely-253 and Stokely-43), and also of his wife Rachel Watson (Watson-37678 and Watson-37659). The children are not all connected to the same profile IDs as their parents, so that is why they are showing as half-siblings.

The two sets of duplicates need to be merged together. Scroll down to the bottom of one of the profiles to where it says "Pending Merges", then click "Initiate a Merge". Enter the two IDs that need to be merged.

The two Rachel profiles were both created by you, so you can complete that merge instantly. Another member manages Stokely-43, so if they do not respond right away you may need to wait 30 days before the merge is automatically approved, and then you can complete it yourself.

Excellent! Thank you! Yes, I found the two Jehus and initiated a merge, which requires agreement from the two people managing the profiles. There was also a duplication of John in there, and I initiated a merge on those. I will now fix Watson. That solves my problem, hopefully!

Please tell me how you spotted these duplicates. I am still finding my way around WikiTree. I do not always find it intuitive.
When you see siblings as 'half', that is the indication that the parents do not match for all the children.  If you 'hover' over one of the 'half siblings' you will see the preview box for that person and you can then see the parents for that person.  If they look to be the same, but they are indicated as half, then at least one of the parents is a duplicate.  Then you would hover over one of the parents so you can see his preview box and then you can see his Wikitree ID, which you can compare to the parent of the profile you are on.  Then repeat for the other parent.
