who was Sarah Jane Surratt's father?

Sarah Jane Surratt was born 1829 TN and died 1-26-1926 TN. She married Lindsey McDaniel (1819-1892) Confederate soldier & rec'd CSA pension in Alabama.  Sarah was the mother of Lucy Caroline McDaniel 1856-1944.  Jacob Surratt is given on ancestry.com but I need supporting document.
