Manfred Rommel - PPP needed or not? [closed]

I'd like to address DBE 921 'PPP without Project Account and without ProjectBox' for Rommel-153. Perhaps he belongs in the World War II Project? Or no PPP at all?

His father was the Generalfeldmarschall during WWII, not Manfred.

I'd recommend removing PPP as there does not appear to be any significant need for it at this time. His LNAB is pretty well known, so I don't see a major risk of that being impacted. His parents are also well known and there is no controversy there. So let me know if there are any opposing views on this - otherwise I'll just take it off.

Oh, and he was a politician, so while he had participation in WW II, his role was relatively minor and while I believe you can put the WW II sticker on his profile, I don't believe that WW II would be a good project to manage his profile. Notables is probably good with the sticker approach, unless you have a strong feeling about a project managing the profile.

I agree. Give him the notables sticker. He is eligible for the sticker anyway as he has a wikipedia-profile. He was well known in Germany when he was mayor of Stuttgart, but his father was the one who had a significant role during WWII.
