so far I have bits that William had at least 2 other brothers one named Ludger, another Andre and a daughter Tillie. William's father was also named William married to Lacadie Bois/Woods. (names vary) I'm guessing the William who married Lacadie might have had parents Peter Thompson and possibly Julie Violette (or possibly Marie Laviolette). Lacadie (Léocadie Bois) mar: William Thompson 29 oct. 1849 Poste du Roi ? Parents: Joseph Bois(Bouai) & (Marie)Angèle Madore (Médard), residents of Isle Verte (possibly foster child) mar: 2 mai 1814 Kamouraska ( Quebec ) was found in a message room for her parents. Joseph Bouai (sic), son of Jean Marie Bouai and of the late Marie Malenfant, married Marie Angelle on 2 May 1814 in Kamouraska. I need sources to tie this together.

• Hi, My name is Valerie Moody Giusto. My Grandparents are William Thompson, and Leocadie Bois. I have been trying to research this family for some time. I did not have Leocadie's parents names. I see you have them here. I was looking under Wood family. Andrew Thompson is my Grandfather. Phoebe Morin my Grandmother. My mother was named after her. I live in Belfast, Maine.
