Biography

Norbert Norbert was a Roman Catholic.

Norbert, the first-born son of Fred Louis Broerman and Amanda Hortense Brausch,[1] was born in 1920.[2] In 1930, the family was living near the Brausch's in Cincinnati.[1] His father was a grain and coal salesman of some means, owning his home worth $10,000.[1] In 1940, the 19-year-old Norbert and his brother Raymond were still in school.[3] On 7 July 1942, Norbert enlisted in the US Army Air Corps.[4] He married and had children (still living) with Mildred M. Breitholle,[5] before he died in 1966.[2][6] He was buried in Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Montgomery, Hamilton, Ohio.[7]
