Oliver-9375 and Oliver-7875 do not represent the same person because: Thomas Edwin Oliver was born in Walkington in East Yorkshire and lived his whole life there and in the nearby town of Beverley.
This other Thomas Oliver was born to quite different parents in Ireland, where he remained for a long life.

To confuse the two would be very careless.
