On this 11th day of September A.D. 1865 personally appeared before me John H. Longnecker Clerk of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, duly authorized by law to administer oaths George W. Foard who after being duly sworn according to law declares and says that he is a resident of Baltimore County and State of Maryland and has resided there for twenty years last past respectively and was well acquainted with Andrew Clark and Rebecca Clark whose maiden name was Lacey living together as man and wife in the first election district of Baltimore county near Catonsville for the period of five years prior to 1860, and that said Andrew and Rebecca Clark has two children named Eliza and Samuel one of whom is now dead and that
