Page 1 is the initial family page (describing the marriage of Kelly and Barbara). Page 2 is titled "Marriages" and is empty. Page 3 is titled "Births" and lists all children of Kelly and Barbara. Page 4 is "Deaths" and is empty.

Transcription of page 1:

This certifies that the rite of Holy Matrimony was celebrated between Kelly G. Dixon of Mouth of Wilson, Va. and Barbara E. Bailey of Leckie W. Va. on December 18, 1912 at Leckie, W. Va. by Rev. J. O. Burchett. Witness T. G. Burchett. Witness Meldora Burchett.

The Reverend was John Oliver Burchett, uncle of the groom, Kelly Glenn Dixon. The first witness was Troy Glen Burchett, son of the Reverend and 1st cousin of the groom. The second witness was Meldora (Bailey) Burchett, wife of Troy (the first witness), and sister of the bride, Barbara Ellen Bailey.
