(cont) executor shall as soon as may be after my decease shall equalize my heirs as aforesaid.

(cont) can be after my decease at publick outcry after due notice being given to the Publick for the highest and best price that can be got the payments to be as follows; the one half in hand and the balance in two equal payments with interest and further it is my Will that my son Henry, my son Jacob, my son, John, my daughter Sally Summers, my daughter Sarah Hass, my daughter Hannah Brown and my grand daughter Sarah Young shall have share and share alike of all my real and personal estate and to be made equal at the time of the sale of the land that is where as I hold promisory notes on some of my children or due bills which shall be counted to them as each without interest and their shares made up in money including their notes and if there should be money on hand at my decease then my

I Conrad Flaugher, late of Mahoning Township, Lawrence County and State of Pennsylvania, now laying at David Brown, Mahoning County, Ohio, being of sound, disposing mind, memory and understanding do make, publish, and declare this to be my last will and testament hereby revoking and making null and void all form last will and and testaments and writings in the name of testaments and testaments by me heretofore made.

FIrst it is my will that my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.

And it is my Will that my executors herein after mentioned shall sell all my personal property of every description as soon as it convenient after my decease and further it is my Will that my farm shall be sold as soon as conviently
