Sir:
I herewith return all the papers in the above designated claim for pension and submit my report therein. The claim came to me, noticed waived for the testimony of Aaron A. Dyson and John Hicks.
The Adjutant's deposition shows that he was admitted to Central Branch as James H. Jackson. Hicks and Johnson may be TBD fair in this case the others are good.
In interviewed Simon Douglas Company D 55 Massachusetts. John W. Buckey Company E and D.W. Sampson Company D but they had no
