SIR:

I have the honor to report, that James H. Jackson late B D Co[mpany], 54" Regiment Mass[achusetts] Colored Inf[an]t[ry] Pensioner, Certificate No. 922015, was ADMITTED to this Branch on the 7" day of July, 1899 and to request that his name be transferred from the rolls of the Detroit Mich[igan] Agency to the rolls of the Indianapolis Agency at Indianapolis Ind[iana]
