It is impossible for me to give you other facts than this, my father died at 242 John St Brooklyn (NY) about 63 years ago. My mother died at Liverpool England about 68 years ago. Between the years of 1850 and 1860 I lived with William McEvoy, 110 Bowery (writing indecipherable).

Sir:
In your above entitled claim for pension under the act of February 6, 1907, you should state the full name of your parents and sisters and brothers, and the town or township, county and state in which your parents lived in the summers of 1850 and 1860.
If you did not live with your parents during those years, you should state the name of the householder with whom you lived, and the town or township, county and state in which he resided.
