Mr. V. Warner,
Kind Sir. I received your letter requiring me to send my certificate of discharge now you know it is impossible for me to send it for I told you under oath that I have lost all my papers certificate and all and therefore I cant send it
Now Sir concerning Comrades although it has been a long time I can give you a few names. here they are Sergeant Taylor Joney [sic] Johnson Private
