According to the "Strongbow's Conquest of Ireland" (1888) by historian Francis Pierrepont Barnard, these are the 5 legitimate children of Gerald FitzWalter and Nesta, daughter of Rhys ap Tudor.
Barnard notes that Nesta had additional children, possibly or definitely illegitimate, with Stephen (Constable of Cardigan) and Henry I (King of England).
The pedigree does not cite sources, but the book itself has a fairly extensive bibliography on pp.208-9.
