Transcription 2 of 2:

I consider claim of doubtful merit and recommend further examination at Foxburg, Clarion Co. P[ennsylvani]a, for testimony of Wm. W. Nesbitt; and his reply to Bureau inquiry.

This case was taken up out of its order for reason that deponent Oliver intends to leave the City at an Early day to Enter the Hampton Pa. Soldiers Home.

  • Very respectfully,
  • Mark J. Maloney
  • Special Examiner
