In looking for more sources, I located a tree on Ancestry.com that lists his parents as Peter Becker/Baker (b. 1733) and Christina Miller (b. 1744). [1]. His wife is listed in a tree at Ancestry.com as Sarah Latherow (b. 1783).[2]
