Biography

Sarah E Dyer daughter of Theophilus Dyer and Mary Anne Dyer was born on August 31, 1838 in Cape Elizabeth, Cumberland, Maine.^[1][2]

At age 32 and single, she was in her Father, Theophilus's home in Cape Elizabeth, Cumberland, Maine keeping house.^[3]

She was single, Age 40, living with her Brother, William W Dyer in Cape Elizaberh, Cumberland, Maine on the 1880 Census.^[4]

She died at the age of 80, on October 8, 1918, in Cumberland, Maine, and was buried in the Evergreen Cemetery in Portland, Cumberland, Maine.^[1]

Sarah E Dyer was born 31 August 1838 in Maine to Theophileus and Abigail (Chase) Dyer. She died 8 October 1918. Not sure she married or had children as her Find A Grave memorial is listed as Sarah E Dyer with just her parents attached. ^[1]

Not in 1850 census

I believe some of her information was from the profile of her sister - in - law, Sarah C (Rand) Dyer. This Sarah married John Chase Dyer, this Sarah's brother. I have found numerous marriage records for Sarah and Sarah E Dyer, but can find nothing else at this time to verify she did marry.
