COURT ORDER

It appearing to the court from the testimony of the witnesses, J.B. RUFFIN and D.W. RUFFIN, that LOUISE LOW RUFFIN; sex, female; color white; was born in Covington, Tipton County, Tennessee on May 16, 1910; that LOUISE LOW RUFFIN, whose maiden name was LOUISE LOW and who was the mother of the said LOUISE LOW RUFFIN, was born in the State of Mississippi. It further appearing to the court that no record has been kept of this birth, it is ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that the above record be entered on the Minutes of the County Court, of Tipton County, Tennessee. The Division of Vital Statistics, Tennessee Department of Public Health, is hereby ordered and directed to enter this record in accordance with this decree, this is the 8th day of April, 1953.
