Note: The 1920 census for Memphis, Shelby County, TN lists John C. Galloway, 52, as being an a "D.P. Agent" for the Railroad. He is married to wife Cora, 33. In a biography of his father, John C. Galloway's occupation is listed as being a "travelling passenger agent of the N.C.&St.L.R.R."

The 1930 census states that Cora and "Jack" have been married for 20 years. They did not have children.
