Biography
George Leslie Orr, son of Robert Jackson Orr and his wife Sarah Elizabeth (Laws) Orr, was born March 8, 1864 in Tennessee.[1][2] George Leslie Orr married Anna Llewellen Dysart December 28, 1886 in Marshall Co., Tennessee.[3]
Anna L. (Dysart) and George L. Orr had four sons: Leslie K. Orr born January 1888 in TN; Clarence E. Orr born May 1893 in TX; Howard W. Orr born October 1895 in Oklahoma Indian Territory; and William L. Orr born 1898 in Oklahoma Indian Territory.[4]
Anna Dysart Orr died July 7, 1899 and George L. Orr married Mary F. Johnson January 26, 1902 in Carter Co., Oklahoma.[5]
George Leslie Orr died October 31, 1934 and was buried Marlow Cemetery, Marlow, Stephens Co., Oklahoma.[2]
