Louise Rachel (Bailey) Pengelly was born on 29 Aug 1912 in Vinita, Craig, Oklahoma, United States

She married Samuel Pengelly^[1] on 10 Dec 1931. After only being married for 6 days her new husband shot her in the heart and then shot himself. Louise died on 16 Dec 1931 in Vinita, Oklahoma aged 19.^[2]
