Biography
Rebeckah Perkins, daughter of Robert Perkins and Elizabeth Towne, was born 12 Jan 1725/26 in Topsfield, Essex, Massachusetts.[1][2]
Rebeckah died 15 May 1774 in Topsfield, Massachusetts.[3][2]
In the spring of 1745, Israel Kenney, age 32 had an liaison with Rebeckah, age 18. Nine months later, on January 6, Rebeckah gave birth to a son named Israel Kenney. This child was raised in the home of his maternal grandmother but he did name his first daughter Rebecca, likely in honour of his mother.[citation needed]
George A. Perkins, 1889, makes no mention of Rebeckah having children or marrying.[2] Robert Perkin's will makes small bequests to 2 married daughters, and then a larger bequest to each of his unmarried daughters, not explicitly named. So, nothing to confirm it was her, except that she never married.[4]

The profile here identifies Rebecca Perkins as the mother of Asa Kinney (Kinney-238), however I believe that Israel (Kenny-271) was Rebecca’s only child (see Israel’s biography). Asa’s mother is likely Eunice White.
