Biography
Sir John Allen was a member of the aristocracy in British Isles.
John Allen of the Grange, Rossall, Lancashire was the son of George Allen of Brook House, Staffordshire. He married Jane Lister (Lyster). [1]
John and Jane had several children, including sons, George, William and Gabriel, and daughters, Mary and Elizabeth. [1]
John's will was dated 1569 and proved in 1570. [2]
