Biography
William Childe was born in 1578 in Northwick, Worcestershire, the child of William and Elizabeth. He married Catharine Coventry in 1599 in Northwick, Worcestershire.
William was named in the 1633 will of his father.[1] Also named was his wife Catherine and son Thomas.
He was said to be a zealous Royalist and had his estates compounded by Parliament. [2]
