Biography
Stella was born 15 May 1872, in Falls County Texas to Reverend John Augustus Fortune and Yolande McAlpine/Fortune. She married William Isaac "Bud" Yates on 18 July 1886 in Falls County Texas. They had two children William "Willie" David and Lizora "Dora". Stella died at 19 yrs old leaving two young children Willie 5yrs and Dora only 2yrs when her mother died.
