I give unto my daughter Abigail, the wife of Joseph Dewey, œ5 out of my moveable estate, which is her full portion. I give unto my daughter Sarah, the wife of Samuel Roberts, œ5 out of my moveable estate, being her full portion. I give unto my daughter Esther, the wife of Joseph Case, œ5 out of my moveable estate, it being her full portion. I will unto my daughter Hannah Hills œ40 out of my moveable estate, it being her full portion. I give unto my son Ebenezer Hills one piece of land within the bounds of Hartford (East Side), butts west on my son's own land, to run east half a mile the full breadth of my lott, lying on the north with the land belonging unto the heirs of Jonathan Hills decd., on the south with the land of John Arnold, east on my own land, to be his own forever. I give unto my son Abraham Hills sundry pieces of land lying in the Town of Hartford (East Side): 4 acres in Hocanum meadow, and buts west partly on John Risley, partly on the school land, south on the way into the meadow, north on David Hill's land; one piece, 12 acres, butts east on the school land, west on the meadow, north on John Wadsworth, south on Mr. Porter his land; one piece more, about one acre, butts west on a highway, south on the school, north on John Arnold, with the dwelling house and barn standing on the same; one piece more, butting west on John Kilbourn's land, east on my son Ebenezer Hills's land, north on land belonging to the heirs of Lt. Jonathan Hills decd., south on John Arnold his land, being half a mile in length the whole breadth of my lott. I give all the rest of all my estate, real and personal, to my two sons Ebenezer and Abraham Hills, to be equally divided between them. I make and appoint Jonathan Hills and my son Ebenezer Hills executors. Witness: John Arnold, Jonathan Hills, John Vibbard. Ebenezer X Hills, Sen., ls.
