Grove St, Blue Island, died of a heart attack at his home Feb. 14. He was born in Italy Feb 11, 1899. He was employed by the Illinois Central Railroad and had lived in Blue Island for 40 years. He was the husband of Patrina and the father of Alexander, Mary Palcu, Dolores Egert, and Robert. He was the grandfather of 10. Rested at Hickey Funeral Home Feb. 15 and 16, with a requiem Mass being said at St. Donatus Church 10 a.m. Feb. 17. Rev. Louis Bartolone was the celebrant. Interment was made at St. Benedict Cemetary.
