This occurred in a village of Turosl on 29th September/11th October, year 1885 at 2 in the afternoon when Pawel Romanski personally came forward, 30 years old, a farmer residing in Piatkowizna in presence of Tomasz Older, 40 years old and Jâozef Mauz, 40 years old, both farmers residing in Pi?tkowizna and showed us a male baby and declared he was born yesterday in Piatkowizna at 7 a.m. from his lawful wife Paulina nee Mauz, 26 years old. That baby was baptized today and was given a name Franciszek. The godparents were Teodor Wojciechowski and his wife Rozalia. That certificate was read to the father and the witnesses and subscribed by us. Priest Wincenty Akelewicz.
