Biography
A tree on FamilySearch.org states that his parents were Moses and Elizabeth "Betsy" (Perkins) Corson. It also says he was born about 1772 in Shapleigh, Massachusetts (later Maine) and died on June 17, 1816 in Vermont.[1]
He married Roxanna "Roxy" Carpenter in Attleborough, Massachusetts, in 1803.[2] He was of Waterville [Maine?] at that time.[3]
They lived in Shapleigh, Maine, at the time of the 1810 census.[4] (Note: Still part of Massachusetts at that time.)
