Charles {Grisell} Dingee (F159), son of Charles (E88) was born 1793-1800 in Chester Co. PA.
On 4 Dec 1823 at Westland MM he was married to Mary Barnett or Barrett, daughter of David and Rachel Barnett/Barrett.
The 1830 census shows them in Elk Run Township, Columbiana Co. Ohio page 387A, a family of 7 persons.
On 21 Jan 1837 Carmel MM in the same county granted a certificate to Charles and Mary and 7 children to Marlborough MM, Stark Co. Ohio, but we were unable to find them in Marlborough records. They were found in the 1840 census at Randolph, Portage Co. Ohio, page 268, 2 adults and 9 children.
We believe he died 1850 or earlier, as there is a Charles Dinge listed in OHIO WILLS AND ESTATES TO 1850, but we have not seen a copy at this writing.
