Biography

James Fitzgerald was born about 1834 in County Cork Ireland, the son of Michael Fitzgerald and Margaret Carey.^{[citation needed]}

He married Bridget Kenny on 10 October 1856 in Victoria.^{[citation needed]}

James died in 1894 in East Melbourne, Victoria at the age of 60.^[1]

His remains were buried at St Kilda Cemetery in Melbourne. ^[2]
