Millard Winningham was born on 27 May 1883 in Tennessee, United States, according to his gravestone and the 1930 US census.[1][2]

In the 1930 US census, Millard Winningham (46, born about 1884) was living in Pickett, Tennessee, with wife Mary Winningham (49), and children Bessie (17), Oma (15) and Runa (11), and grand-daughter Quadell Winningham (1). They were farmers.[1]

Millard Winningham, born 27 May 1883, died on 29 Mar 1953; he was buried at Winningham Family Cemetery, Pickett County, Tennessee, United States.[2]
