I hope the following may shed some light on your question:
Ingjer/Ingier was (is) the name of a farm in Ullensaker, Akershus, Norway. The Ingier family has its roots on this farm (back in 16-hundreds or before). It is common (but not mandatory) in Norway to add such place names to a person's last name.
Halvorsdatter-27 and Ingjer-8 appear to represent the same person because: Clear dupliicate although not sure of Last name at birth. Need someone with more expertise in these matters.
