HAVTOR Jonsson (born 1275 , died 1320) was a Norwegian nobleman and liegeman of Sudreimsslekten (Sørum) at Romerike . He was son of the knight Jon Raude Ivarsson (died 1312) and married Hakon Magnusson extramarital child Agnes and thus the king's son in law, which he gave political influence. After the king's death in 1319 , he sat in guardianship government until he himself died the following year.
His two sons, and Hakon Magnusson grandson, Jon and Sigurd, billed as Havtoresønnene , played somewhat later a political role during the subsequent king Magnus Eriksson , who was their cousin.
Havtor Jonsson was governor at Romerike and owned numerous goods and lands throughout Norway, including Borregård and half of Sarpefossen .
