Biography
Dominicus Hasty was born on 7 October 1789 in Limington, Maine. His parents were David Hasty and Susanna (Jordan) Hasty[1].
He married Eliza Staples on 4 October 1817 in Limington[2]. They had five children[3]:
- 1. Oliver Staples, born 19 Jun 1818; married Mercy Jane Strout
- 2. Rosanna, born 26 May 1821; married Nathaniel Brackett
- 3. Eleanor, born Apr 1823; married Ezra Seavey
- 4. Harriet, born 17 Oct 1828; married Fisher Parsons
- 5. James Edwin, born May 1836; married Mary Stevens
Dominicus passed away on 30 October 1843 in Limerick, Maine[4].
