Funeral services were held Monday, March 29, in the First United Methodist Church in Blooming Grove Texas with the Rev. J. W. Hodges, former pastor of the church, officiating, assisted by the Rev. Richard Laster, current pastor of the church. Burial followed at Rose Hill Cemetery.
He was a retired farmer and grocery store employee and had been living at a nursing home in Corsicana for the past 2 1/2 years. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Emma Ingram; one son, William E. Ingram of Mesquite; one brother, Oscar Ingram of Blooming Grove; one sister, Mrs. Letha Bigger of Blooming Grove; three granddaughters, Mrs. Drew Roberts of Houston, Mrs. Cindy Copeland of Dallas and Marcie Ingram of Mesquite; and one great-granddaughter.
