Worked as a soda jerk on the lower east side for many years; he made the best egg creams I ever had! He was an extrovert and a great conversationalist who had many friends. In around 1949 he was engaged to Lillian (don't remember her maiden name). Shortly before they married she was diagnosed with metatstatic breast cancer. They married and she died less than a year later. They had no children. He never married again. He then lived with his mother until her death. After that, he lived with his brothers George and Bernard in his later years. He died unexpectedly at age 72.
