Thomas was born on 14 October 1750 in Liddington, Wiltshire, England. He was the son of John Clinch.
Thomas married Ann Arman on 4 January 1776 at Chiseldon, Wiltshire.[1]
Thomas died at the age of about 40 in 1791.
